I have served as the Chief of the Forest Fire & Rescue District for the past three years. I am committed to providing the citizens of the Forest District, as well as West Carroll Parish, with the highest level of professional fire protection. I am dedicated to operating my department with strong morals, ethics, and integrity. My firefighters are Louisiana state-certified and possess medical training ranging from emergency medical responders to advanced cardiac life support paramedics.

Our district currently maintains five fire engines, one command sprint Tahoe (equipped with medical supplies), one wildfire/grass truck, and one 1000-gallon wildfire tanker. Our department is equipped with rescue tools, including Jaws of Life for extrication needs and pipeline safety training equipment to enhance community safety.

The Forest Fire Department currently consists of three pumper/operators, four interior attack firemen, a safety officer, and two field secretaries who are responsible for completing on-scene fire reports.
